Common B2B Settings (Wholesale)

If you sale wholesale, IA Modules can accommodate. Our Store Admin panel gives you the flexibility to configure your web store in that manner. Webstores can be secure so to not show whole prices to retail customers. You have the option to set pricing classes from Quickbooks for multiple customers and assign pricing to each one or each item. You will want to create sales reps in QuickBooks to assign to your store and create a pricing class for pricing of items. There is documention on this in "Things to add to Quickbooks." You will want to assign pricing classes that you've created in Quickbooks to customers that you specify with that pricing.

Now we will go over the options in the setup screen that will allow your site to function as a whole sale store.

1. Under general options in the Setup screen, there is a option called "Select Store Sales Rep" Here you will want to select the store rep that you created in Quickbooks as the sales rep. This is the rep in QBs that will keep track of customer and orders from the site.

2. Require Store Rep for Logins? Here you would want to select yes. This will allow the whole seller to sign with the sales rep you assigned. If a pricing class is assigned to the rep, the customer will be shown to pricing that you assigned.
