Configure user login, passwords and permissions. Users
can be allowed several limited levels of abilities
in each functional area of SAM (no access, view
only, add, edit). Select available reports for
the user and engage sales rep lock downs.
Sales Rep Security
Sales Reps are an important part of most workforces.
SAM allows you to give them access to enter and look
up information on their own, from anywhere, while
restricting the customers they can work with very
easily. Sales Rep hierarchies can also be created
quite easily. Several reports are also filtered
automatically for sales reps, allowing you, the owner,
to eliminate the workload of creating and sending
weekly reports to those without QuickBooks access.
