Plus, you can even restrict accessible customers for individual users (like a sales rep) so they can only see customers for which they are a sales rep. Additionally, you can make a user a manager for other reps, so they can share pools of customersm but not see all your customers. They can run their own customer history reports, customer statments, sales rep detail and summary reports. Users can run up to 50+ reports that you can individually authorize.
